Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only in cases where the product is received in damaged condition. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product.

Inspection Process
Once your request is received, our team will inspect and verify the damage. Refunds will be processed only after approval from our inspection team.

Non-Refundable Items
As we deal in specialized and custom-manufactured products, returns or refunds are not applicable otherwise (for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order, or preference).

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
